Crown vs. Robinson - Justice for All Rally - 9am Mon Apr 18th, 2011 Surrey Courthouse Crown vs. Robinson - Justice for All Rally - 9am Mon Apr 18th, 2011 This Preliminary Inquiry hearing is a four day trial that will last most of each day. There are approximately 5 witnesses, 3 expert witnesses and 3-5 police officers testifying. If you can choose one day to attend or if you have to limit your time, 9am or ...around noon or around 4pm would be good times to make a presence. Most, if not all, media outlets will be on location covering this event, as they have been all along. Please come out to the Surrey Courthouse and show your support in the case of Crown vs. Robinson, involving a young motorcyclist who lost his life when he was hit by a suspected drunk driver. The alleged drunk driver was Corporal Benjamin "Monty" Robinson of the RCMP who, immediately upon impact, took his two children from the vehicle and left Orion dying on the street. Not only is he an RCMP officer, he was allegedly driving impaired with his two young children in the vehicle and he left the scene of an accident with witnesses, while he, of all people, had specialized emergency and first aid training and he offered no help at all to the young man he had just hit. Robinson has pled not guilty, not even willing to take responsibility for his actions. He has a very colored past of questionable, some would even say illegal behavior that has brought about transfers and Inquiries. He continues to be paid by your tax dollars, despite being involved in at least two deaths. There are many reasons to support this rally. All people should be held responsible for their actions, no matter what profession you hold. Some would say that as a peace officer, you should be held to an even higher standard, as you set the example for all of us. ... There is also the aspect of any person who hits and kills or injures anyone, seems to get away with little or no charges and a small penalty for destroying peoples lives. And the young man, whose name lives on~Orion Hutchinson. We won't forget you Orion and we WILL see that justice is served. quoted from bcsportbikes by shovelhead |
Lets keep the cries of "Fuck the Police" out of this thread, please |
man i hope that guy receives the same treatment in jail edward norton did in american history X kills two innocent people and so far has not received any punishment |
FUCK THE POLICE :troll: But in all seriousness, this motherfucker refuses to take responsibility for something he was involved in, left the victim to die, AND left the scene to go home, get drunk and try to weasel his way out of a more serious charge? On top of that he's suspended WITH PAY. For fuck's sake, why is it whenever an officer is involved in a court case, they are almost always suspended with pay? It's not like they've been incapacitated in a way that prevents them from working, so they're pretty much being paid for doing no work. Don't get me wrong, I respect the police for what they contribute to the community, I just dislike the fact that they can still receive pay while being criminally investigated. |
Fuck that police. |
While respecting Bastardo's wishes, I will generalize my comments rather than attacking the police. As I have mentioned in the past, I have several family members and close friends who are members of the RCMP. I respect the RCMP and the jobs they do. At the end of the day, their priority should be to come home to their families alive. However, everyone should be held responsible for the choices they make and their actions. Regardless of race, age, or profession.. People often say, "The RCMP has the toughest job in the country and they risk their lives often to provide a service for our community." Yes, agreed! However, their job is a profession that they have CHOSEN. If Officer A doesn't want to do the job with due care, there are plenty of other people EAGER to be apart of the force. I am tired of having police officers get away with a slap on the wrist. Yes, MANY people get off easy when it comes to things like drinking and driving but these people are supposed to be EXAMPLES. They should act in such a way, that our children can mimic their actions and have positive role models who are actually valuable assets to our society. Not SCUMBAGS who drink and drive and flee the scene. Please provide support on the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=192282664239 |
I am PRO-Police, but this guy NEEDS to lose his badge and go to jail. |
What a coward move, he should be kicked off the force for good, have to pay back all his earnings while suspended and go to jail. We don't need someone like him out there "protecting the people" |
I wish he get jail time and die in there Posted via RS Mobile |
What a horrible situation for the Hutchinson family. They deserve justice, regardless of the profession of the person that killed their loved one. Kev |
If justice is not served I will be super sad. First robert diezanski, then that RCMP fatally killing the people I'm Burnaby in the crash. Pathetic. Posted via RS Mobile |
rip.. how can this officer plead not guilty.. as a man, he should just be held accountable to his actions.. the least he could do was contact 911 and seek medical attention to the biker.. drink and drive.. leaving the scene of the accident.. seeing the biker dying in front of his eyes while having his own children witness the whole scene..and run away.. life sentence.. no parole.. |
what kind of a man leaves someone to die infront of his own kids when he could have done something? put him in jail and throw away the key, his kids deserve better. - wishful thinking |
