LED Signel mod question

I'm adding some LED strips into my motorcycle's, signal circuit, ideally I wish to run them both as running lights and as signal lights (just as my current signals function) Problem is the OME signal bulbs are 3 wire, and the LEDs are 2; what can I put in it so that the 2 wire will function as both running lights(constant) and as signals (blinking)?
