MVA tickets; details on where violation took place

I am wondering how accurate does the officer have to write the place where the violation took place?

Say if they give you a ticket, can they just write No.3 Road, Richmond? Or do they have to write more detailed description such as 9000 No.3 Road?

Since No.3 Road is so long, the event could have taken place spanning anywhere on No.3 Road. Thanks in advance

"at or near"...as many charges involve travel over a distance it would not be possible to list the exact place it happened, unless it is a stop sign or red light etc. If you are speeding, you don't speed for just 50 or 100 feet, which would be the distance in front of 9000 #3 Road, Richmond.

I'm just using 9000 block no.3 road as a example, but thanks for the insight.

Also is an officer suppose to turn on his sirens and/or emergency lights if in pursuit of a vehicle speeding? Would it safe for the officer to speed excessively without any of the two to catch up to a speeder?
