I'm aware of this benefit, but never really used it....do they only limit it to one free shots/syrup only? Or is it as much as you want?

jesus, i just worked 30mins of this happy frap hour. GOD, the line ups were long and waits were huge. i think there was at least a good 5-10minute wait if you hit it during the long line ups. and this is at the oakridge food court kiosk.

Oakridge is a bitch to work at anytime tho. Goddamned old people and their coffee/hot water.

totally agreed, but now we have a policy in place. hot water + cup will be 10cents to offset cost/inventory purposes. now we have less old people coming for hot water and extra cups :troll:
