Yeah guys, I want healthier snacks to eat between meals... I don't want to munch junk food everyday, that's bad for my body since i'm "skinny" |
at work im always munching on nuts and drinking gatorade. i work hard labor though. i guess if you're at a desk all day just mixed nuts and some water shall do. |
