I got a 1996 Honda civic for sale not in the best shape, has a crack windshield and it fail air care. I was told it need a catalytic converter if you have a friend with a civic you can borrow his or you can buy one for 500 I don't have the money to put anymore into this car. I paid 3000 dollars for this my lost your gain.
