Open tonight but close early, not worth going in my opinion. Food sucks this year and prices have gone up also. Posted via RS Mobile |

The deep fried cheesecake bus was fucking horrible. When you pay they don't even give you a number, so you end up waiting for over half an hour with a dozen other strangers watching like a hawk so that no one steals your order.
The deepfried smore cheesecake was okay, but nothing worth waiting for.
Don't bother. Crowd does not = good. Crowd = ridiculously slow.

Another booth that I saw that didn't look to be making money was the black lady with ethnic drums and masks. (Jamaican??)

One of the reasons I bought it was because I'm Italian, thought I'd help a brother out. I make much better tiramisu myself though. Posted via RS Mobile |

Apparently the Grand Opening is in June or something. Right now its only just the Opening. I guess in June the stores are all moved in and the closing times are later

Ate it, smiled, walked away and spat it out.

Me and a friend are thinking of opening our own foodstand next year, I'm thinking like donairs/shawerma and viet subs. After seeing how bad the italian place is going, we are leaning towards just vietsubs Posted via RS Mobile |

But just in case you haven't had a decent one in the city, go to Tung Hing Bakery on Kingsway, and wait until the bread comes straight out of the oven. Trust me, hang around until they have a batch coming out. The baguette is crispy and it just melts in your mouth. Sure, lots of delis also have a decent selection of meats, but the bread makes the sandwich. It's just not good with day old buns that are soggy or chewy.
