What I thought when my plane went down

"I regretted the time I wasted on things that didn't matter."

The third thing came to me as my mental clock started counting down, "15, 14, 13." I could see the water coming and started hoping, "Please blow up. Please blow up. I don't want this thing to break in 20 pieces like you seen in those documentaries."
WUT?

But this guy wasn't in the pilot's seat... I think it would be different for a passenger on a commercial jet - completely powerless to do anything about the situation, really...

I was on a flight to vegas about a year ago and about 5 minutes after take of the engines cut out for about 3 seconds, immediat drop in altitude..... and ill tell you it is an eerie errie silence...
I can only image going through that...

Must be a terrifying experience. I'd prob die of a heart attack before the plane crashed.

The scariest thing is the wait to your death. Wow.

I was asleep on a flight from Toronto to Edmonton years ago. I slept most of the way but i woke up to our jet in a nosedive, only sound was rushing wind. I just said F this and went back to sleep hahaha. Then a little later when we finally landed something on the front shock broke and we needed to get towed off the runway, was a lovely 3 hour wait. Later that day My friends lowered truck hydro planed and we went off the highway in a remote area in northern Alberta. most unlucky day of my life But it does make you think of how things should be
