Question about selling a phone on craigslist

Hey guys,

Just a quick question about this, not too sure where to post this either haha thought this would be the best place. Only recently I've noticed that CL requires "phone authentication" before your post can be fully submitted. Everytime I enter in my phone number it always says the phone cannot be verified. I have tried with a couple phones and it's still the same message. Does anyone know how to go about this and possibly skip it? Or am I just s.o.l on this one?

Thanks in advance

I think you have to add a 1 to the beginning of your number?

That has nothing to do about selling your phone..craigslist just wants to verify your account.

You probably have another account that is currently using your number..

You could try logging out of craigslist and using another email account to post the ad
