Assumptions are like stereotypes. They're only assumptions if they aren't true. |
its funny how revscene it filled with ppl trolling CA, dom rebel, true religion and all that, yet everyones selling all that stuff in bbbbuy and sell forum |
Ok.. Brand names are worn by three types of people.. 1st are heatbags- Aka people who want to dazzle everyone with the clothes they wear 2nd are people who like art - I like to pay attention to fine detail and just speculate art, not many people are like this but i'm one of them 3rd is the people that wear these types of clothes casually, Aka a $1000 shirt is the same thing as a simple white shirt for them.. And since not many people are in the between category (2nd), you wouldn't understand my argument, you'd only know my opinion if you knew me, arguing over the Internet is useless Posted via RS Mobile |

What you said is remarkably similar to what a douchebag would say to offend someone. What are you doing to do? Are you going to fight him now because he only weighs 145 lbs? You feel superior to him because you're heavier than him? To stay on topic, this is what I think fashion design is: http://www.thesartorialist.blogspot.com/ |
Said that so he could have better things to do than troll on this thread. |

Guys relax, all you guys should be wearing is the Canucks jersey at this time :fullofwin: |
Art. http://www.ibiblio.org/wm/paint/auth...t.wl-green.jpg Apparently also art. http://theravingwheat.files.wordpres.../jgosselin.jpg In all seriousness, I don't get how any of the clothes you posted are art or design. They just ripped a page out of a book somewhere and glued to onto a shirt then spilled some paint on it. That isn't art...if anything it's plagerism. How is this different than those Mexicans on the streets of LA selling shirts with Tupac lyrics on them for $5? Sounds like you got ripped off if you paid $400. Design requires original thought. Whoever made this, for example... http://doncartelapparel.com/images/a...434/4434bw.jpg ...didn't come up with any of that stuff. He didn't write those words. He just looked them up on the internet and screenprinted it onto a white t-shirt using a font he also found on the internet looking up the word "gothic". Don't believe me? Here...click http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&sugexp=gsihc&xhr=t&q=gothic+font&cp=9&safe=off&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&biw=1920&bih=1135&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi and you'll see the exact fonts used on that shirt. There. Your "art" just took me 7 and a half minutes to find all the essential components on the internet. Send me a cheque for $400 and I'll make you one. |
Maybe I'm in the wrong line of work if it's this easy to get people to buy ultra expensive clothing that I could make with a good inkjet printer and a bunch of Hanes Beefy Tees. |
you know what ronin, if you could make me "the greatest of all time" shirt, i'll pay you |
^That's a bold statement. http://www.printyourstyle.com/printyourstylehome.html Print anything you want for $35. Take a pair of scissors, tatter up the sleeves, collar, waist opening, and throw it in the wash/dryer a couple times. "One of a kind vintage feel." |

This is the best design I've ever seen. It's what I call "body art". It's closed minded assholes like you that really piss me off, especially when you're rocking yu-gi-oh day n nite. And yeah, I am indeed 145 lb- but I'm 17, done martial arts for half of my life, have put on 10 pounds since the past few months, and am still growing. Anyways: http://i893.photobucket.com/albums/a...9_467949_n.jpg http://i893.photobucket.com/albums/a..._6857543_n.jpg |
your dick is dangling on the sink. |
Shiettttt dont fck around! |
LOL alright buddy, i did martials arts since 5, then continued with kickboxing/boxing, and now taekwondo/hapkido, maybe i made false assumption, but don't get me wrong, you're a dick on the internet tbh, if you had a cool argument i wouldn't have said all this crap.. anyways post pics on this thread of what it's meant to be, rather than hold competitions for arguments |

http://thehoodup.com/board/download/...2620b9ebe9dfe3 On a serious note, everyone has their own opinon on whats good design in fashion. For myself, design in clothing also has to include functionality. I am a big fan of brands like Acronym and White Mountaineering cause they have fresh ideas, great comfort and are practical. |
FIGHT CLUB? :fullofwin: anyways i love this: http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j0...ts-T-1001-.jpg white shirt, slightly v-necked. goes with anything, jeans, sweats, shorts so clean and fresh looking, yet so cheap. anyone agree??? |
Alright since you guys both train in tapout and have a black belt in affliction we should set up a fight. This should settle it once and for all. |
http://cdn2.iofferphoto.com/img/item...cket-55769.jpg nevermind the brand, i think this is pretty cool, since it has the KISS emblem, and the cross..\m/, can't really find these types of jackets.. most similar to this are the hugo boss jackets, but those feel like they're missing something in the design |
^^^:facepalm::facepalm: ............and I thought you've learned your lesson  |

...How did this thread go from posting your favorite clothing designs to mixed martial arts to a half naked guy LOL Everyone has their opinion and different preference towards clothing. People need to stop being so insecure and care about what others wear. If it makes you happy then go for it. Posted via RS Mobile |
