Slather it down with BBQ sauce.
Cook the ribs as usual. Blowtorched it to broil the surface a bit.

Take the rib juice/bbq sauce mixture, reduce then thicken further with cornstarch slurry.

Subway rib sandwich is SO much better!!! Toasted with cheese and onions FTW :fullofwin:

Too bad they dont have it anymore :(

I had a 4 patty mcrib last night. The patties slip out of it so easily, but only $1 each extra one!

I think it depends on which location, I had the rib sub last week at the subway across from the Mcdicks on granview hwy and renfrew

Too bad only in US.

When I was in the Maritimes this summer, they had McLobster. It was in season at the time. Wasn't worth the price IMHO, but was cool nonetheless.
