I find it soo annoying that all these young little kids are buying so many jordans when they weren't even born when MJ was playing or knew what he accomplished. It is all fashion and trend, and hype. They are also greedy trying to resell when true sneakerheads who loves shoes can't get a pair.

All the local stores here need to start doing raffles 1 ticket per customer with a valid ID. A guy can only enter the draw for men's sizes and same for girls and kids sizes. I would've thrown out the chairs if you're not physically sitting or lining up with the rest of the people gtfo then. I'm hoping Kanye x Adidas this Summer/Fall kills the Jordan hype and allows sneaker heads to sleep in till opening and just walk in with pairs still available.

Keep in mind that the concord mids changed the scene in vancouver. After that, the last jordan shoe I was able to prebuy from ftl was the cement 3's.

The hype won't stop anytime soon, maybe another 4-5 years. Once they start putting "Nike Air" on the 3s,4s,5s and 6s the cycle will repeat itself. Add on the retro+ colorways that have yet to come out.

I don't care how old you are or what color you are or if you never saw the GOAT play. As long as you buy the shoes and wear them and aren't a reseller it's fine with me.

These kids won't go away anytime soon. And it's the same 2-3 groups everytime. We still have the upper hand. They don't seem to have credit cards or access to US to pick up shoes like us.
