does that say the drag strip is open to all vw? how much for running?

it's open for anyone ,.. but there will be a big vw crowed there (air cooled and water cooled) because of the great canadian vw show that weekend , make sue you come down for the whole event and spread the word to your vw buddy's !!!.. it's about 35$
