formula car paint job
 

I need (want) to get my race car fixed up and looking decent. It's a 3 piece fiberglass body, pretty simple, pretty small. About 10ft long nose to tail, maybe 3ft wide at the widest section?

The fiberglass has a couple of cracks that have been repaired on the inside (so it's mostly structurally sound) but the gel coat is cracked and split in a couple spots. I don't mind paying someone to do the body work as well, but I can fix it myself if someone's willing to paint it but not deal with the fiberglass crap.

Anyway, it's a race car and will eventually get banged up and cracked, so I'm not looking to spend thousands on this.. I want it to look decent, but it's not a show car - if it passes the 10/10 test, I'll be happy (10 feet at 10mph.. hehe).

If anyone's looking for a bit of extra work on the side, or any shops that would be able to cut me a deal (I'm sure we could work some form of sponsorship out.. Maybe a nice discount on labor in exchange for using my car for promotional events/displays? The prettier you make it, the better for your business! wink, wink) drop me a line :)
