WTB: Unlocking Service for Moto V3 Razr

I have never gotten a phone unlocked before so I have no idea what it entails. I need to unlock the phone so I can take it with me to Europe this summer and purchase pay as you go sim cards.

Please let me know if you can unlock my phone, or if you know somewhere that I can get it done. I live in Delta so I would prefer something near by, but if not going further is no big deal.
