so does that mean hes signing autographs from 5-9?

whats a good pen/marker to use for autographs besides a black sharpie?

i got the away jersey so the stitching is blueish

jeedee 07-11-2011 12:31 PM

Burrows should have his own pens/markers so I don't think you should worry

On Dark colored numbers I'd recommend a silver Sharpie PAINT PEN. Don't use a regular silver Sharpie as they don't show up very well...The Paint pens are better. You can find them at Micheal's and they're only a couple bucks. Don't forget to use it a couple times on paper or whatever before you go, just so you know it works. Don't forget to shake it up before he signs too!

I was at a Trevor Linden signing in June, and they had sharpie pens in various colours. But I brought my own sharpie silver paint pen, and primed it on a piece of scrap paper moments before Linden signed my away jersey:

The liquidation world near my place has jerseys for like 2 bucks right now. I cant recall if they are goalie cut, but they are for hockey though.

Yeah, that one and I think they're TPS jerseys, just blank practice ones, bunch of different colours. I went there last week so my memory is a bit foggy. They probably have the same thing at other liquidation worlds as well.

jeedee 07-11-2011 06:05 PM

Are these authentic?

winson604 07-11-2011 06:14 PM

The Sharpie Rub-a-Dub Laundry Marker is a pretty good one for autographs because this Sharpie is specific for staying on even after putting i in the laundry or dry cleaning. Of course if your like me who once a jersey is autographed I won't wear it anymore then it doesn't matter.

Marker looks like this

yea LOL. The orca away and home jerseys we have now are easy to tell if its fake, but the 94 jerseys are more challenging to authenticate :fuuuuu:

No. Fake as fcuk.

The 2 PTS FG patch were never made available for sale to the public. All the ones you see nowadays are counterfeit or reproductions.

The fonts are way off on the jerseys and you should not stitching between the stripes as the colors should be dyed directly into the fabric.

I've also seen this on legit jerseys but Pavel Bure never wore #10 with an "A" on the front... only with #96 and when they switched over to the Orca jerseys in 97/98 (wore #96 in preseason and #10 in regular season.)
