06 accord v6 auto whining noise problem

there is a slight whining noise when i start up my car and when turning the wheel sharply. Could someone explain what it might be? steering pump? tensioner pulley or timing belt? thanks!

Check your PS fluid level and belt tension/condition first

Wheel bearings or suspension joints.
