Yes, online orders from future shop and best buy don't get charged to your card until you receive the item. Prevents having to do returns/exchanges if the item becomes unavailable.

Similarly, when you do a in-store pickup...You don't get charged until you pick the item up in the store. It's simply put on hold for you using your credit card and you actually pay for it when you physically go into the store.

i got both my games delivered on their release date.

Mine always ship 1-2 days before release so I get it on release day

nhl got delivered to me a week after and I complained and got a 10 dollar credit for use on video games

my UC 3 pre-order is freaking SOLD OUT ...whats that about..

I preordered 4 games.

Gears Of War 3 was the first which got delivered the day before the release date and arrived the day of release date.

My 2nd game, Uncharted 3 which was released on Nov 1st has yet to be delivered. WTF Futureshop was looking forward to playing it on my 3 day weekend FU!!!

i ordered 3 games. rage came the day of it's release on oct 4. bf3 was supposed to be delivered last tuesday, but it it never came, so i've since given up on it (purchased a copy in store). mw3 should also be arriving next tuesday, but i highly doubt it will come :yuno:

After my Gears shipped the day prior to release date and arrived day of I just assumed it would be the same for all my preorders. I think I'm going to cave and just go buy a copy at FS and refund the order they send me. FU FutureShop if it wasn't for the sweet deal of $39.99 per game I would have never ordered from them.

ive only pre-ordered online with FS/BB twice before E3 promo...both of which were received the morning of release day by expedite canada post

my first game of the E3 promo (uncharted) hasn't even shipped yet...if it doesn't get here on monday im going to rage lol

why preorder if you cant get it on release date...let alone within a week
