Yeah he has a NMC/NTC. Can't remember which.

Gillis has said in the past he'll acknowledge NTC's and won't ask a player to waive it.

So unless Lu wants out, its his call.

Look at how Tim Thomas stole the job from Rask last year. And this was when Rask was predicted to win the Vezina last year pretty much from every analyst. Tim Thomas proceeded to have his greatest year ever.
