Crosby whines because its not worth it for him to retaliate or draw penalty. I see kesler whine alot more than sidney crosby.

For once i agree with u. Our team would be so much better if we just played the damn game, instead of trying to draw a penalty on every borderline play.

In that loss to the Blackhawks, there was a few times where the camera panned in Kesler bitching to the ref's when a call wasn't made when the game was still 2-1. :heckno:

And that's why the Canucks' are to some the most hated team in the NHL. I think you might notice it more because you watch more Canucks' games then Penguins' games, but having watched a lot of Penguins and Eastern conference games (being a Sabres fan) Crosby whines as much, probably more than Kesler.

The most recent ESPN players poll with the question of which player complains on ice the most, 52% of the players responded Crosby with the next closest being Pronger and Avery at 8%. From the guys I know that play in the league, majority of them hate Crosby for that, lol one guy said he would love to kick in Crosby's front teeth in an alley, but to a man they all can't believe how talented he is.

The nature of my gig running my private security/consulting business brings me in contact with various athletes at parties and events and the opportunity to kick it with them at times. Actually various athletes are also client's at my day gig too, so cross paths a lot on a person level.

I don't see the point in whining to refs. If you piss off/annoy a ref, you're just going to get calls going AGAINST you!

maybe gillis needs to step in with av and convince the guys to stop chirping the refs? either way, we need the guys to focus on their 5 on 5 game. they themselves said they can't rely solely on the PP.

dont think this chirpiing the refs is a REAL issue for the canucks. its being overblown. everyone talks to the damn refs.

i do have issues with the sedins diving. they had some pretty blatant ones in the playoffs last year which is disgusting. and further ruins their credibility
