Avery was recently a spokesperson for a movement in NY state to legalize same-sex marriage. If Simmons calling him that is unrelated, it is still something that needs to be addressed. NHL players are role models to kids and if they see their favourite players using that language, they likely will too.

I have nothing against gay people but seems like the world is supporting what is wrong. You know your fucked up in the head when you are fucking the same gender, god did not create us this way! I saw 2 gay guys holding hands yesterday on commercial dr, while i was at the stop light. He had some sorta blond mohawk and gives me the troll smile... cannot be unseen! | |
