If everyone learned properly how to merge into traffic this shit would have been avoided. Notice it's located @ the bridgeport overpass. Most people coming from Vulcan way /Sweden way to 99 North DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MERGE.

I agree that there are lot of idiots who dont know how to merge properly going north bound, but in this case the accident was south bound

You guys have it all wrong. This wasn't an accident. This was merely a case of LACK OF MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATIONAL ABILITIES.
