Dirty brake fluid even after a flush

So i bled the brakes on my civic. it has about 108k km on it. the fluid was dirty and the brakes were nearing half its life so decided to do new brakes and a flush. after i did the brakes I pumped the fluid through all the bleeder screw, bled the air out, and make sure the fluid looked clean.

about 3000km later i take a look at my reservoir and again it looks dirty, although not as bad as before. Is this normal? I used honda brake fluid.

Any help would be appreciated

You could have blown seals on your caliper pistons, or rusting lines. You might want to look at the caliper piston seals and maybe flush the lines once more.

Your Master might be rusting, but i'm sure it's aluminum.

Yes that is generally normal it is just residual debris in the system being absorbed by the new fluid.

Do you have ABS? The ABS pump/valve holds a lot of fluid that may not necessarily make its way out during a DIY flush.
