is it the weather seal youre talking about? where as the glass goes between? do you have any pics of the crack?
usually when the glass moves slow or doesnt at all its because the weather seal was not put on correctly

yes just pulled it out of the channel and put it back in correctly wd40 helps
i work in the bodyshop and at times i put them incorrectly so theyre not sitting properly in place causing the glass to goiing up too slowly or even unable to move
