i recognize him from Chuck right away, he was on the show for 3 seasons, never had a speaking role but part of the Buy More crew

He had what's called a continuity background role. They need to have the same people stay in the show to keep things consistent. I've had a few of these and it's great. You work almost every day, get paid well... free food and the work is fun. Good job for someone who is in school.

So how many famous movies have you been in?

2012, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Watchmen, Mission Impossible : Ghost Protocol (not out yet), and lots of shows. Smallville, Psyche, Eureka, Chaos... just to name a few.

Lol, well unfortunately I wouldn't have a job if I took video and I don't have the time to go search through all the movies.. But here are a few photos from on sets. I have one from The Day the Earth Stood Still from a night shoot at SFU, but I can't seem to find it. Oh, and how could I forget Battlestar Galactica and Twilight. There are tons of low budget Disney/Nickeleon stuff too, just forget all the names. They don't call Vancouver Hollywood North for no reason.

Just curious is the pay good as an extra for the amount of time you're on set?

Abe the delivery man looks like a serial killer. Pretty sweet.

Leopold Stotch 07-05-2011 10:42 PM

wow i've never seen him before, another tidbit of information that's going to ruin movies and tv shows for me now.

CP.AR 07-05-2011 11:25 PM

How do you apply and what would the hours/pay be like? If it's good for someone in school and seeing how demanding acting is (even though it is a stand in role but the time for filming seems quite demanding at least), then I'm assuming it should be similar hours to a part time job?

StylinRed 07-06-2011 08:08 AM

i think it was Jay Leno... one of the late night shows anyway

interviewed him; he sounds like he has some psychological issues

so it's nice to see him get in so many films

and in TF3 it looked like Michael Bay really wanted everyone to notice him so that was nice

optiblue 07-07-2011 04:37 PM

He blended so well that I never noticed him!
