1 problem, where r u gonna find a place big enough to put up all the posters and have people standing there long enough to look at it.

our skytrain stations dont have those safty glasses, bus stops r too small

population density alone will make it fail.

you trust those people to pick fruits or vegetables for you?

i don't.

things that are sealed already is okay

koreans are used to ordering fruits and seafood over the phone/internet.
because country is so small, anything can be deliver to anywhere in less than a day, still fresh.... unlike here

South Korea is not a small country. It's just that Seoul is a high density city.

StylinRed 07-10-2011 01:22 AM

what if you buy bananas and then you open the banana and they have that nasty looking black shit?

so..... if i go shopping, I like to pick the vegetables and fruits myself

StylinRed 07-10-2011 02:35 AM

^^then no1 would use their service and their endeavour would fail

i agree, fresh or not I like to choose my own stuff
but at the same time, im sure a lot of people just go into supermarkets and grab whatever anyways

when i was in seoul there was a subway station where they actually set up an old train as a store to sell groceries. it was pretty cool.

If that company didnt provide the good enough produce, no one would buy from them after the first time, therefore, they wouldnt be #1 in the online market.
Im sure they move enough volume to keep their product fresh long enough

tool001 07-10-2011 08:37 PM

dachinesedude 07-10-2011 08:43 PM

snsd sucks.

yeah i said it.

Kickit604 07-11-2011 01:03 PM

some down side to it, but nevertheless pretty cool!

Anjew 07-11-2011 08:13 PM

yea definitely downsides especially if the quality of the produce isnt good.

if the concept takes off here and grocery chains do it like safeway saveons urbanfair donalds etc, that would be fantastic. imagine doing comparison shopping on every day items that you buy like shaving cream.... consumer win imo.

doesnt even have to be delivery. pickup even. the grocery chain can just run straight from the warehouse
