Do I need to repaint my eibach lowering springs?

Hi I am wondering if I need to powercoat or paint my eibach lowering springs when some areas of the paint on the springs are peeling off.

You don't need to but it wouldn't hurt to prevent them from rusting any further. Don't bother powDer coating them again since it would probably cost half as much as a new set of springs. Take a wire wheel to the rusty parts and feather into the good parts of the coating, then repaint.

Sand or bead blast them, easier to get between the curls. Use a epoxy paint if you can.
