What type of oil filter for Evo 1

Hey, I bought my Evo one off a guy here recently. Anyhow, I was planning on changing the oil and saw the previous owner was using fram filters, and I don't know what kind of synthetic oil.

So I'm just wondering what type of oil filters other people are using.
Or if fram is good enough for the jdm 4g63.

I was going to use royal purple synthetic.

I came from a Honda and it was easy I just used oem filter.

Thanks, Tyler.

from what I hear Mobil 1 and napa Gold oil filters are good, that what i've used and am currently using on my 4g64 and so far no problems over the past 3 oil changes.

oils, I just switched to royal purple myself but mobil 1 and castrol edge are also good full synthetic oils to use.
