Pirates was based off a ride. Pirates did well, but that's because it had Johnny Depp to carry it.

But this? Based loosely off the boardgame? I will eat these words if this actually turns into a good movie.


If I don't get to hear Liam Neeson say "You sunk my battleship!" then I think this movie will be a flop.

I am so sad to see such a great actor wasted on such a terrible Micheal Bay rip off.

It looked kind of decent until an alien popped out of the ocean -_-

they better have a great script for this. and they better not use the same recycled shit from previous movies like what they did for transformers 3.

as for this, will this be like battle LA... I don't know but I thought battle LA wasn't half bad, so we'll see.

200 million budget....wtf is that seems like its going to be a big waste....kinda gives me the feel of a skyline type of movie...just meh

trailer doesnt look half bad, great actor. Hopefully that makes it decent. Otherwise i guess just another download movie

the list of characters Liam Neeson has played has been pretty badass.

I don't know. for many of his movies, i always think they will be shietty when I see the trailer, but after watching his movies, many of them turn out to be pretty decent, ie. Taken, Unknown.

I think his strategy is to give you really low expectations and then surprise you by having a decent film.

I thought they already did Battleship in Harold & Kumar go to white castle.....

or was that battleshits.
