2010 bmw m6, party with the rest

hongy 09-07-2011 08:15 PM

....All of that 120k would be spent on the m6...there wouldn't be anything left over to party with.

you realize you cant buy both with 120k right,

Might have to take out a too loan eventually cause of insurance and fuel and maintenance.

the_rickster 09-15-2011 11:18 AM

nothing. put it in a savings account and keep doing what i'm doing. $120,000 is nothing but a nice nest egg or addition to your liquid assets.

More money, more problems.

Man, there's too many possibilities with 120k.:fullofwin::fullofwin:

MrGoodbar 09-15-2011 02:09 PM

it'd go towards a downpayment for house. Rent it out for a few years while I make money to help dumb down the debt for the mortgage before i move in so I'd have a nice cushion of money while still being able to afford the monthly payments.

since nobody is playing the game...

-AV setup (2k)
-laptop (2k)
-car (35k)
-stand mixer and new knives (1k)
-1 kilo gold bar (63k)
-lots of shoes (2k)
-couple jackets (1k)
-vacation (7k)
-ipad (500)
-gifts for gf and family (remainder)

1. Put a good chunk into a small (700 sq ft) comfortable condo
2. A reasonable every day driver
3. A used cheap fun weekend car (S2000) and motorcycle
4. invest the rest in mutuals and stocks, keep some money liquid
5. live a simple "nonballer" stress-free lifestyle
