I would keep all of it and invest it until I retire. Then, I will take that money and donate it to those insuffering in third world countries. That is all. It's what I will be doing anyway.

How much is a condo in Vegas or La?
Still have leftover for a downpayment? You need like 15-20%. A house here assuming its Vancouver is about 700k minimum so that would be 130k down right there.
