need an old picture restored
 

ok so theres this picture my parents have of each other that was taken in india. its old and honestly not the greatest quality. i want to try and maybe get it restored some how. not the actual picture itself, but get another one with all the proper colors added in etc.

sorry if what im saying makes no sense, but i know nothing about the photography field..

does anyone know where i can go to do such a thing?? im in surrey, but im willing to go out to vancouver etc to get this done. any and all help will be appreciated, thank you.

Theres a place in north van on Lonsdale and something, its by the Waves coffee shop. They specifically do portrait restorations im assuming they can do photos too.
