Thinning out my collection.
First of all this is NOT a cheap Chinese knockoff. The easiest way to tell is flip the jersey inside out and look at the stripes. You will see stitching in between all the stripes on the fakes. The 1994 Stanley Cup and 2 PTS F.G. patches were never made available at the retail level. If the jersey has these patches there's a high chance the jersey is counterfeit. I have seen a few legitimate jerseys with reproduced knockoff patches as well.
Now onto the jersey. This is the On-Ice Retail Authentic size 52 (roughly XL) made of Ultrafil. Everything is stitched unlike the recently retroed CCM Air Knit Semi-Pros.
Mind you this jersey is around 15 years old so there are a few imperfections. There are a couple faint marks on the front, on the back of the left shoulder and some black marks on the left sleeve. I'm not sure if these will come out in the wash as I have not tried. That being said there are no rips, tears, or smells on this jersey.
I would like $200 for it. A REPLICA Semi-Pro Black Canucks Skate logo jersey will already run you close to $160 after taxes and they are inferior in quality.
