Anybody here work at a bike shop?

Hey guys,

If anybody here works at a bike store, it would be greatly appreciated if you could help me out.

Yesterday the frame on my Devinci cracked :fuuuuu:, gonna need some help.It would be extremely helpful if you had access to a store computer.

PM me for details,

Willing to pay for your time.

usually bike frames have lifetime warranty on a brand name bike.

Are you wanting to get it fixed/replaced/warrantied? You could always take the frame apart, take to a welder, weld, put in oven, and voila.

Devinci refuses to stand by its warranty. I would need a bike store to contact them for better results

Actually, since the frame is probably toast, i woudnt mind trying that, any places in the lower mainland that can profesionally do TIG aluminum welding?

which devinci frame? I know their high end dh, like wilson has 25 year warranty, but depends, if frame cracked around welds, it's usually free replacement, otherwise they'll offer you warranty replacement at cost.

what info do you need? I work at dunbar cycles as tech.
