we need sodium. but the standard north american diet has TOO MUCH SODIUM.

drink juices and water, eat low sodium foods, EAT white meat daily and red once a week, sleep at least 7 hours every night, run 3 times a week; I guarantee you will be healthy and fit in 6-9 months. Your reward is fit and healthy lifestyle; there is nothing wrong with having Micky Ds, or BurgerK 2-3 times a month.

If you want to eat man made "food" by all means go ahead... The margarin/butter analogy was a sarcastic one. Science, for years, has been said to extend life... I am a strong believer it will be the end of us, as well.

I switched my fast food to strictly chicken wraps/burgers and actually started to lose weight with some on and off exercising. The difference none of you mention is how much fucking better the homemade burger will be then the big mac.

I like the topics he chooses, videos that make me still think after they're over are the best ones IMO.

PS. totally sounds like OP has a crush on the guy..
