oil change

my fd told me he knows a mechanic can do his CSX type-s @ customer's place for $80 (motul oil & oem oil filter), for regular oil change maybe around $30 sth, is it a good deal?? and i dont need to drive all the way to the shop, jst go home and call the mechanic to come over

That's not a good deal. It's decent. It depends how much he gets the oil/filter for. There's a mobil1 shop by my house, they charge $80 with Mobil1 full synthetic and filter for my 350z. My car takes 5L and my filter is about $15 retail alone. The good part is he's mobile with no extra charge.

Lots of shops now offer $29.99 regular oil changes.

A mans time has a direct refection on his ability to make money so for a mobile oil change of good quality synthetics and filter $80 seems good to me.

mobil1 is a group III synthetic blend, motul is group IV full synthetic, your comparing apples and oranges.
