Natural is best, but it seems like that's not working. Would do that, foreplay and get her to relax, add some digits, maybe 3 to get her ready. Then do the lube. Eros Bodyglide, it's silicone based so it'll stain a bit more than a water based one. You only need a little bit, but the bottle is pretty expensive. I'm sure they sell it in sex shops. I've seen it at a sex shop in Kamloops once. Or check online.
