premium package, no navi
5sp auto
no accidents
all service records available at richmond acura
all 4 tires have been replaced with OEM tires at burrard acura 6 months ago, and last oil change done there as well. has receipts for proof

the good:
-very roomy and smooth car for daily driving, comfortable too
-strong motor
-best color for this car imo
-regularly serviced with all records available
-decently low kms (~18k/year) compared to average (25k/year)
-no door dings!!!

the bad:
-got a tiny tiny scrape on the driver side front bumper
-due for a service soon (but hey its just cost of having a car)
-used the spare tire once

currently financed through honda financing, mthly payment is $404/mth TAX IN with 46 months remaining
buyer has 3 options for this vehicle
1) buyout the car for $17000 TAX IN

2) take over my finance and payment of $404/mth TAX IN for 46 more months as of today, payment comes out on the first of the month so by september, 45 months remaining

3) start a new finance with new terms with honda based on $17k

to transfer the finance there is a 1 time transfer fee of $450, I will eat that cost
