-stay home alone on a weekend and just do whatever I want to do (eat, watch tv, just veg) -SLEEP. I'm the type of person that needs to sleep to forget my problems for a first little bit before I come to terms with it Everyone has a different method of coping. If it's more serious, I'd even suggest talking to a therapist. It doesn't make you crazy nor does it make you stupid/weak etc ..just do what feels right for you |

get yourself into an adrenaline rush by doing a sport, relieves all stress, then finish up with a nice shower |

Kill some time by spending it with family. I spend time with my dad and we talk over dinner and stuff about how life is going. Parents have some good insight on thing we call life. |
I think about all the stuff I accomplished in my life and how lucky I am to be where I am. Letting things go and starting fresh everyday is important but a hard thing to do. Believe it or not...being positive has help me accomplished a lot of my goals. |
