need some employment input

Hello,
I hope I can get some input from revsceners.
Background story: I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Oregon, graduated back in 1998. I moved to Canada in 2002. Because I was a newcomer I used Kelly Services to find me a temp to perm job. In 2004 I finally found a permanent job in a logistics company & have been there until now. This is the longest I've been in a company since I graduated.

Now, I found myself going nowhere at the company. There's no opportunity for advancement, and the working environment has gradually become too much for me to bear (I've been on anti depressants for 2 years now because of the work stress). I've decided to start looking out for my own interest and get ready to jump ship.

My biggest problem is that I have no network whatsoever outside the company. I can't tell my co-workers that I'm looking for a job because I don't want my boss to know. I think he already suspects that, but in any case I don't want to give him any more reason to torture me. I don't really have a big network of friends, and my closest friends don't really have good networks of their own. So while I'm looking at random companies websites for openings I'm thinking of getting a headhunter to jump start the process. I know how crappy the placement agencies can be but I'm hoping someone can tell me one good place I can go to.

All of my experience is pretty much office administration, plus the logistics knowledge, so altogether it's about 10 years of admin experience. I want to be an office manager this time. I'm willing to relocate anywhere else since Vancouver is very expensive. Heck, if someone offers me a job in Yukon I'll take it.

In summary, I'm trying to see if someone knows any good headhunter firm I can use. One that can really line me up for interviews and not just put me in their database for show only.
If you know some company that's hiring please let me know too. Actually, if someone gives me a lead that turns into a full time employment, i'll give you a reward ($100, $300 if it's my dream job) - this is for a lead in real company, not temp agency. If you have any lead please pm me.

I really have to get this going. I figure I can only last until the end of the year before I snap and commit myself to the asylum (or start shooting in the office).
Thanks!
