Average life for after market HID??
 
Installed in mid 07, finally noticed one of my bulb is Dimming or sometimes its off

Did I just got its full potential life ?

HID bulbs dim and output become slightly blue over time.
4 years with aftermarket stuff, i say it is pretty good.

Buy a unit that has lifetime warranty! I just replaced my bulbs free of charge.

^ and where did u get it ? Doenst the ballast go after couple of years ?

I bought it from Julian at Nova HID 3 years ago. I had them replaced a week ago because the bulbs were starting to dim and twitch. Julian works out of synmoto in richmond now.

I didn't need to replace the ballast, but from what I remember the ballasts are included with the lifetime warranty.
