My video card fan makes an annoying noise.
Where is a good place to buy a new fan locally at a good price?

What kind of video card do you have? If it's not a crazy hot one, then just zap strap on a 120mm fan to it.
If it is, ncix is still your best bet, I have had great success with the semi passive aerocool.
