Heading back to home town, need a new home for the car

Wrx sti 2010 rally blue
Lease remaining 25months left
Monthly payment 465(tax included)
Buy out $19xxx
Downpayment:9000
No accident.
Oil changr every 3k
Car in great shape

Small mod list:
Hks legamax axle back
Compustar
R205badge
Lower spring
Rear swaybar
rear overlay taillights
Over $1800 mod spended

Asking $4000+4500obo + split transfer fee to takeover the car

Any reason offer will accept. Will also accept car worth the price im asking to take over($4000-4500)
