whats a good PDF editor?
 
i was wondering what's a good PDF editor, and not adobe one. i just want to edit my prof's pdf notes.

That's if your Prof left the pdf editable.

yah its editable. dont those editor bypass the restrictions on editing?

how is one note a pdf editor, cuz i never used it before.

That would sorta defeat the purpose of the PDF format. But if it's unlocked you're good to go.
