That sounds as good as any theory. I agree that the memo is fake. I also agree that Donna isn't going to go anywhere...as far as I'm concerned, she is a major piece of what makes the show good. I think its no accident that she's like moneypenny, given the movie references in every episode.

my guess is they fire donna to cover harvey's ass so he's not liable or anything. she will probably show up in court. they bring her back afterwards.

I hope they lawyer her back into the show and take advantage of her intermission to develop her personal relationship with Harvey.

excellent episode...don't want to ruin anything for anyone...but good.

The 1st season was good, but the 2nd season is like it was shot in the arm with testosterone. Even the women are in on it.
