911fanatic vs S65

This car belongs to the same client we recently did the black Porsche turbo cab for. When he dropped it off his instructions were not to go crazy as this was just his shitty weather car. :shakehead: We settled on a protection detail but as you'll see in the pics, once it was washed, it was very apparent it would need a little more loving to make it right.

Jambs, motor and trims cleaned with Exclusive APC at 3:1
Washed with Exclusive soap and Megs washmitt
Wheels cleaned with Griots HD Wheel Cleaner/ Exclusive Wheel Cleaner
Tires and inner fenders cleaned with Exclusive APC used straight
Clayed with Exclusive Fine Clay
Decontaminated with Iron X
Single stage polish carried out with PC / B&S Green / Menz Power Finish
LSP was Exclusive Sealant
Wheels sealed with BF AMS and tires dressed with Exclusive Tire Dressing
Leather cleaned and conditioned with Exclusive Leather betas
Interior glass cleaned with Exclusive glass cleaner
Exterior glass polished with Autoglym Car Glass Polish

Cleaned this rear wheel up nicely.

Not sure how many S65s there are in vancouver, but I've seen one (looked exact like the one above) tearing up the sea to sky on the way back from whistler, in the rain .. I tried to keep up ... tried :okay:

I usually put the time it took right below the list of products I used. This one was 10 hours.

nice work ken!

How'z the Griot's HD wheel cleaner measure up to the other wheel cleaners you use in terms of cleaning power, while being safe for the wheels of course. Cuz I know you got something that'll clean up anything, but that stuff is just nasty and probably not safe for the wheels on a regular basis.

All the wheel cleaners I use in the shop are safe for regular use. Having said that, the Griots worked well, although its not quite as strong as some other non acid products like Sonax or AG CWC.

We have a couple we are testing that have a strong odour. Both are high ph (12 ) but are safe on all wheels including polished aluminum with the exception of non coated anodized ( some Volk Racing ).
