i want to export used cars to Asia but i have no clue where to start.

What part of Asia? Most countries over there have completely different sorts of rules to follow.

Try Thailand,, Shits crazy $$$ there.. My corolla base model costs like $70k there and a base model Mini cooper cost $100K..
