thanks! and I know what u mean.. I was having a hard time deciding these rims or the 5 spokes ones, but in the end i chose these cuz they looked classier to me, but they re really troublesome to clean.. but in the end i think both types look great on the c63 :D

Not really racist! 10-01-2011 01:30 PM

Love the Euro-spec multispokes, definitely make it more classier as you said, look better than the regular 5 spokes IMO

Yeah i can imagine all those spokes and the areas in-between being a pain haha! Are you going to mod it at all? Gloss black roof, CF lip, black out star, black out emblems, led license plate to start :)

How does it ride btw?

The car is very aggressive and loud, but can also be comfortable and quiet if you want it to be (decent DD). Actually handles pretty well and controllable in corners.. unlike most of the online videos that say it has a horrible handling. Overall I'd say its a perfect sedan sports car if you're prepared to do premium gas fill ups every couple of days :D

Pros:
Music to the ears
Scary fast! like a roller coaster ride
Overwhelming torque
Attractive appearance (personal opinions)
Comfortable/quiet in comfort mode
Luxury interior/exterior

Cons:
Watch the gas arrow go down each time you step on it (seriously)
Horrible traction in takeoffs (Useless stock tires MB provided)
Rear-bumper constantly dirty (thanks to the crazy quad-exhaust)

that's all I could think of .. :D

And I don't plan on modding my car yet because winter is coming very soon :( But I will start modding the exteriors in Spring and maybe ECU tune later on.

The mod's done on this, is it all done by yourself? Do most other people do it themselves as well?
If so, how'd you guys get around to learning stuff like that? Kinda interested...

i learned by breaking my car and googling eveything. Was a little scary at first when i got into wrenching but i think alot of people can agree here that i think of my car as a giant lego machine .

Prolowtone 10-03-2011 10:31 AM

^LOL Pretty much.

I just dig in, pull stuff apart that broke/stopped working and put it back together. Bit of research always helps when you dont have any ideas, finding a factory service manual is a good start to learning your car:)

Some nice looking cars in this thread... does one have to have a certain number of posts on RS before posting pics? Didn't work worth a damn from Flickr last time I tried...
