Spotted: "CHINA" and "TIGER W"
This morning in Richmond on Russ Baker Way, I spotted a White Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, with personalized license plate "CHINA", and its right rear exhaust hanging. It was raining so I couldn't get a good look at the driver.

It was followed by a black Bentley (unsure which model) with personalized plate of "TIGER W".

Talk about cheesy license plates!

lol i've already said this on the sick cars thread but spotted "china" owner at the richmond Golf Town store, when the mandarin speaking sales clerk informed him of the current deals and promotions the guy loudly exclaimed "I don't want deals, I want the best!" (in mandarin of course)
