Kal Tire Hey guys, I was just hired at the one in N Van near the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge, and was just wondering if anyone knew much about how they treat their employee's? I don't know if they're still hiring but it might be worth a shot considering I have no official experience in this industry. |
i worked at one in penticton, doing mostly commercial and otr( agricutural) tires. i liked it quite a bit other than the mandetory meetings we had to attend. i worked there for about 4 months before being fired for refusing to work overtime one day, i was told that if i wasnt committed to working the 14-15 hour days then there was no place for me there. ended up getting a better job shortly after so i didn't bother fighting the firing. |
